Sub-second. As soon as a player clicks Join, both stakes are locked, the result is computed server-side from the committed seeds, and payouts are credited atomically. You only watch the animation play out — the result already exists.

How do I know the flip isn't rigged?

Every flip uses a commit/reveal scheme. When you create a wager the server picks a random server_seed and publishes only its SHA-256 hash. When someone joins they submit a client_seed. The result is HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:nonce) and the parity of the first 13 hex characters decides red or blue. After settling, the server reveals the original server_seed so anyone can verify SHA256(seed) matches the published hash and re-run the HMAC.

Can the server pick a seed that always wins for it?

No. The hash of the seed is committed before the joiner's seed exists, so the server can't choose a seed based on the joiner, and the HMAC includes the joiner's seed, so the outcome can't be predicted until both are known.

A community jackpot that grows every time a creator powers up their flip. The house gives back 0.5% of the full pot fee and routes it to the Lucky Pot. Every powered-up flip has a small, provably-fair chance of dropping the pot to that flip's winner.

No. Your total cost is identical — the house just takes a smaller cut and the rest goes to the pot. Your payout if you win is the same dollar amount as a non-powered flip.
